Data Retention & Deletion
Retention Periods
- Conversation Data: 90 days by default (configurable: 30 days to unlimited)
- Account Data: Duration of your account + 30 days after closure
- Billing Records: 7 years (legal requirement)
- Logs and Analytics: 90 days
Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time:
- Individual conversations can be deleted from your dashboard
- Bulk deletion available via API or dashboard export
- Account closure triggers automatic deletion after 30 days
- Deleted data is securely erased and unrecoverable
- Backups are purged within 30 days

All Users
- Access: Request a copy of your personal information
- Correction: Update or correct your information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
